Where Can I Serve?

A-TEAM (ADMINISTRATION)

This team utilizes their gifts of administration and organization to serve alongside Dream Team leaders as they organize, and help transition new Dream Team members into serving in their areas of interest.

The Coffee Team exists to foster an environment of comfort and prepare people for an encounter with God. This team provides fresh brewed coffee to our members and guests during Sunday services and special events. 

COMMUNION TEAM

This team serves by preparing and serving the Communion elements during our services with Communion.

CONNECT GROUP LEADERSHIP

We believe that real-life change takes place in the context of relationships. As a Connect Group Leader, you have a great opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop your gifts, and live out the Great Commission.

Creative Team

This team uses creativity and technology to reach people with the Word and encouragement, and provide church announcements and other information through an internet presence using social media and our church website.

DREAM TEAM HOST TEAM

The Dream Team Host Team creates an engaging environment in Dream Team Central for Dream Team members to enjoy food and refreshments, build relationships, and receive words of encouragement during services and special events.

Events Team

This team helps create an environment of excellence at special events by planning, decorating and serving guests.

Facilities Team

This team helps provide a clean and safe environment by cleaning and maintaining our facilities and grounds.

FIRST RESPONDERS TEAM

This unit of healthcare providers serves to triage basic medical attention to our guests in the event of an accident or emergency at Riverland.

GREETERS TEAM

This friendly team loves people and makes them feel at home here at Riverland. They welcome guests with a smile, encouragement, and personal touch so that hearts are open to the Gospel message.

INFORMATION/RESOURCE TEAM

This team connects guests to the Church community, providing resources and information on all of our current events, ministry opportunities, and services at Riverland.

KIDS CHECK-IN TEAM             

This team welcomes families as they arrive at our Riverland Kids areas and facilitates the check-in process that ensures children are cared for effectively and efficiently.

KIDS PRODUCTION TEAM

This team uses creativity and technology to reach kids by delivering the Word and worship through cameras, lighting, and other visual elements.

KIDS TEACHERS/HELPERS TEAM

This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus and leads children in a relationship with Him. They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through worship, videos, skits, small groups, games, and more.

NEXT STEPS TEAM          

As the official hosts of our Next Steps, this team greets guests as well as provides materials and assistance throughout our Next Steps events.

Parking Lot Team

This team gives guests a positive first and last impression as they arrive and exit by providing clear direction for a safe and efficient parking experience.

PRAYER TEAM

This team of trained intercessors covers our services in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord. Join this team that is blazing the trail for God in our city!

TECHNICAL PRODUCTION TEAM

Bring your creativity and tech-savvy to this team that reaches thousands by delivering the Word and worship through camera, lighting, and sound elements.

USHERS TEAM          

These mighty men and women prepare our auditorium for a positive worship experience, welcoming and assisting guests to a seat and maintaining a distraction-free environment.

WORSHIP TEAM          

With vocals or instruments, this dynamic team serves to prepare the way for our guests to encounter the Presence of the Living God.
